Delivery Charge
- New orders (Initial ordering) - 3-4 weeks from approval of art
- Re-orders (with existing art on hand) – 3 weeks from the date we receive customer’s approval and signed copy of work order
- New artwork – 6-12 working days. Delays in art approval may add additional time to processing your order.

- Minimum – 12dz. (144 qty.) - per logo/design (Styles, colors and sizes may be mixed)
- Art Work Request: Email logo design as a jpeg, tiff, or eps file. Logo resolution should be at least 200dpi or higher.
- Art materials and film- $15.00 per color
- Screen Rental –$40.00 per color screen – Each color in the design requires one screen.
- All silk screens remain property of TCC. (Screens with no activity for 6 months are reclaimed) NEW set-up charges will apply for new
print production.
- Additional setup: $15.00 for each change in original screen setup
Special Treatments
- Glitter, puffs, jumbo prints, and four-color process prints are available at a slightly higher price.
Delivery Charge
- A $10.00 delivery fee will be charged for local Oahu deliveries. Shipping charges to neighbor islands or mainland will vary depending
upon what freight service will be used. All delivery/freight charges will be paid by customer.

- Email logo design in the following formats: jpg, tiff, or eps. Logo resolution should be at least 200 dpi and image size should be equal to
actual size desired or larger.
- Embroidery quote will be completed and returned within 3-4 business days.
